Experience
I have had tutoring experience with my classmates and with a couple children near my neighborhood. I want to be a tutor because I have been told that I am very good at it because I teach a concept through slow and efficient steps to help the student understand easier. I am very good at explaining a concept which is the main reason I would be a great tutor. Since I want to tutor in math, I have taken the highest math classes available to a high school student, but I believe tutoring up to pre-calculus would be efficient. I have never received a single B in a math class as it is my strongest subject. Taking around 15-18 AP/IB classes was a struggle in my high school years, but it has made me into an individual who can use that knowledge and pass it on to others who need it.
