Experience
I have been tutoring for a couple years now with many different types of students and learning styles. I mostly work with elementary and middle school students. When I was in school I had a lot of problems learning and paying attention in class, especially in elementary and middle school. If it weren't for a great patient teachers I would have never made it. I try to make the sessions fun, not many kids like school so getting them interested in the work is very important.
